configuration problem

    Hello,
    I am new to WordPress & installed it on my localpc and it is running fine. I tried to install it on the dev/test server and everything loads fine when I remote in, but when I connect through network(my local pc) I get errors. the stylesheets & js files are not being loaded. It looks like when I view source all the css and javascript are looking at localhost.

    Can someone help me?
