add meta description founder child

    Hi there,

    I was wondering how to best add this little description you can find on google when you type in the domain name in the search mask.

    This is the meta description, right? In google it says something about robots.txt file. Not sure, should I/can I use a plugin for this or add this in the header.php of my child theme?

    My blog is katsofa.com

    Hi Kathrin,

    You can install the Yoast SEO plugin to change the meta description for each page on your site.

    Google shouldn’t be displaying that message since your robots.txt file isn’t currently blocking it from that page. You may want to also signup for Google’s Webmaster Tools, and resubmit your robots.txt file.

    thanks very much! I already installed the Yoast plugin. Will have a look into the Google’s Webmaster Tools.
