I want to use Responsive Menu as my only site menu and I see I can do that with the pro version. With pro, is there a way to specify the menu width on mobile devices at 75% and on desktop as 25%?

The ability to specify different widths for different devices is critical to making it look right on both mobile and desktop devices.

    Hi there,

The menu width will be automatic – I’m not sure why you would want a fixed width (percentage or not) as menu sizes can change if you add different menu items, change titles etc.

You can overwrite any of the CSS in the pro version anyway if you need to do this.

It appears the menu width is automatic to the point where you set the Menu Width option “This is the width the menu takes up across the page once expanded.” as stated in your plugin.

If I set the the menu width to 75% (default), it looks fine on the mobile version but it is too wide and takes up too much space on the desktop version when opened …see screencap of my sandbox site here: http://sandbox.tableaux.com/files/screencap-1.jpg

If I change the menu width setting to 25%, it looks good on the desktop version, but the mobile version is too small too small and if there are any child pages under a parent, the title of the parent gets cut off where the little down arrow is.

I purchased the pro version and I see the option for custom CSS. I can leave the main width setting at 75%, but what would the css code be so the desktop version gets set to 25%?

    Hi there,

Have you tried setting the Max menu width option?

I had not tried that, but yes that worked!

    Thanks
