Height Issue

Hello, I’m using your slider here: http://www.garymichaelsimages.com/slider-test/ and all 3 of the images are a height of 500px – but for some reason they’re different heights in the slider? I don’t understand. I’m trying to avoid having a gap between the main slider image and the thumbmails underneathe. Any help? Thanks!
