I saw the sticky at the top but can’t figure out what to do to get the shortcodes working. I’m just trying to use:
[s2MOP]You attempted to access members-only content.[/s2MOP]

but it outputs that directly as above …what can i do?

That sticky is not about this. It concerned WordPress changing the way that ” and ‘ are to be used in shortcodes. Your doesn’t contain either.

no, the output i’m expecting to see is:

You attempted to access members-only content.

but what it Shows on the page (even when logged in as admin) is
[s2MOP]You attempted to access members-only content.[/s2MOP]

(bracketed shortcode calls included on page) Is that what it’s supposed to do?
