@seanpaulrasmussen – Is the popup theme being applied properly? Sounds like its not. Do you have a link I can look at?
Hi Daniel, Thanks for responding! I’m developing on localhost at the moment, so I don’t have a link for you yet. I have applied a theme, and added the settings but button still seems to be there all the time…
@seanpaulrasmussen – If you go to Popup Maker -> All Themes and don’t see one listed their that is likely the issue. Try adding or editing any popup theme and then simply hitting update. Then update you popup to make sure it has a valid theme in the Theme drop down.

Thanks Daniel — that didn’t do the trick, I think I have set it all up properly with a theme etc… but still not delaying the close button..
@seanpaulrasmussen – Hard to say without seeing the page source and browser console. Have you tried debugging with the browser tools?
