Can you show a page with the issue
I can take a screenshot but the domain I’m hosting it on is temporarily down (I work on the site offline and test, tweak at nights)
The navbar where you can input the address and phone number is what I’m talking about.

That’s not part of WordPress core so we cannot replicate it.
The theme is called Matrix

The matrix theme as distributed on WordPress.org doesn’t appear to contain your issue: http://demo.webhuntinfotech.com/matrix/
It sounds specific to your environment, so it would be great if you could replicate the issue in jsFiddle https://jsfiddle.net
