Home Page not loading

    Hello. I’m due to launch my website soon, but every page BUT the homepage works. From my dashboard I can edit, preview my posts and even navigate to other posts and pages on my menu bar, but when I choose visit site from my dashboard or click on Home while previewing nothing. The page comes up, but it is frozen. After a while a message that says, “this page is unresponsive” comes up and I have to kill the page. I did wait, but nothing ever happened. My site was set to private with the Jonradio plugin and I thought maybe that had something to do with it. I deleted it and added the coming soon page and it still doesn’t work. I called my hosting company and they reset it, but when I installed Travelify it was jacked up again. I tried other themes and my Homepage works fine, but I really would like to stay with this theme. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @nikkil2016,

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

    I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Travelify theme.

    This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    Could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that i can troubleshoot it?
