Plugin for Registration

Hopefully someone can help, I am looking to see if there is a plugin that will allow me to charge a registration fee prior to a visitor being able to book tickets for an event.

At the moment the tickets are on ticket tailor but I require the buyer to have registered first prior to being able to purchase tickets.

Is there a way to do this, I know ticket tailor can be password protected for sales, but the password would be the same for everyone.

Any suggestions? It is to allow users to return to purchase more tickets or events if needed, but more so to ensure they have paid their registration.
