infected blog posts

I have a blog that curates content fro you tube and posts. When some clicks on my post the video loads but at the bottom is “support WordPress sponsors” and a link to Viagra ,Cialis etc.

It appears in all of my posts and only when the video loads.

Any known fixes or suggestions?
