    Is it possible to set a different shipping rate for an individual day?

    For example I have a flat rate shipping fee of £9, however on a Saturday I need it to be £16.

    Is there any way for when the customer selects Saturday delivery date is changes it to £16?

    Not within flat rate shipping you cannot. You’d need a separate shipping method. Possibly a case to build something custom.

    When 2.6 arrives you’ll be able to add multiple flat rates. Thats due in a few months.
