Auto add coupon by address?

Hi, can anyone think of a simple way of applying a discount coupon for orders from people with a particular postcode/zip code? We want to offer discounts to local residents.

so what I’m thinking is a way of triggering the addition when address details are completed, based on a text string match – can this be done do you think?
