Posts not showing in WordPress Reader

Hi,

1. I had a blog at http://aahaaram.wordpress.com.
2. Then I moved to a self-hosted site at http://aahaaramonline.com sometime in Oct 2015
3. I have redirected http://aahaaram.wordpress.com to http://aahaaramonline.com
4. Till last week, all new posts in http://aahaaramonline.com appeared in my WordPress Reader
5. For the past few days, none of my posts are showing up in the reader.

Can you help?
