Here’s some more information. WordFence say’s this:

Filename: wp-content/plugins/peters-login-redirect/readme.txt
File type: Plugin

Severity: Warning
Status New
This file belongs to plugin “Peter’s Login Redirect” version “2.9.0” and has been modified from the file that is distributed by WordPress.org for this version. Please use the link to see how the file has changed. If you have modified this file yourself, you can safely ignore this warning. If you see a lot of changed files in a plugin that have been made by the author, then try uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin to force an upgrade. Doing this is a workaround for plugin authors who don’t manage their code correctly. [See our FAQ on http://www.wordfence.com for more info]:
Word fence also has a link to see the changes but clicking it gives this message:
WordFence API error: We could not locate that plugin in our repository.
I don’t know what that msg. means, whether it can’t find it my installation or or something they maintain.
There is an option to restore the original version which I have not tried yet.
I noticed the same issue today. I viewed the file itself and it looked on, and it seems that the issue could be that it’s been updated in the repo (even with something like a blank line) but without pushing out an update.
I’ll be curious if anyone else with more experience has insight on this one, but I looks like a non-issue *crosses fingers*
