I am Looking for a Developer who is willing to work for peanuts….(Not really)

I have nothing to offer but Free hosting from 1 Gig space and 5 gig traffic with a top rated USA Web hosting Company…

I need two programs or Plugins written.

One.. is a yahoo style links directory like the old days with two levels before the links directory-more details on request

Two.. is a in thought but won’t be as complicated as the above mentioned.
