Theme with very simple menu

Hello,
I am presently creating a website. It needs to be one of the simplest site possible.
Only 3 pages (Main Page, Offer, Contact).
No blog, no posts, no comments :).
I am able to create all 3 pages and to make it look as I want (maps, tables, lists and so on). However I am unable to find a theme which will allow me to make a menu in a way I want it.
I would like my page to look like:

a)Very innovative menu. However photo is too small:

b)Menu with background image:

c)Menu with is much too big (separate line for photo and Title/Subtitle and another for menu – in so small menu it doesn’t look smart).
