After adding a Google API to the plugin and adding the shortcode to a page, it causes all of the content to disappear on the page. Only the page heading is available – all other content disappears and a calendar does not appear. This happens in both regular and preview, but when using preview, it also causes the editing bar to disappear.
When the shortcode is removed, the content reappears.

Great glad that resolved it. Was it something you could fix within the theme or is it a bigger problem? If so could you share your theme name?

This is not something that can be fixed, as our theme is custom made for a larger brand standard across multiple sites. Unfortunately, we will not be able to use the plugin because of this.
