Payment window not loading

    Whenever I click on the “Pay now” button, I get this error (in danish) “Fejl ved behandlingen af bestillingen. Forsøg venligst igen.”.

    System status > Logs says:

    I have the latest version of the plugin installed (4.4.1.).

    Can you figure it out?

    Hi Jacob,

    The problem is in your settings. You are not allowed to type in more than 22 characters in the “Text on statement” field. If you change this, it will work again.

    Setting a max limit on the field itself to avoid this error in the future is on the roadmap btw 🙂

    In you QuickPay module settings in WooCOmmerce -> Settings -> Checkout – QuickPay
