Settings won't save

    What happens if you create a new popup? Same error happens?

    Hi, yes same error. The popup works but I just can change any of the settings. Could perhaps be a clash with the theme as BeTheme uses the shortcode ‘popup’.

    Coul you try changing theme or deactivating plugin to see if there is any conflict ? That way I can narrow the search of the issue as currently I can’t replicate it.

    Hello @damian and @division123!

    I have a similar problem.

    1 – I create a popup
    2 – I configure my popup (i choose no auto-hide)
    3 – I save my popup
    4 – I include my popup in a button (for appear on click)
    5 – The popup appear and disappears immediately (auto-hide is too sensitive i think)
    6 – I return to my popup parameters and i save a second time
    7 – I recharge my page whitch contain the button and it’s fine! The popup appear and not disappear.

    I was tested on all browsers and it’s the same problem.
