Do you mean including the author of each search result on the search results page? That would depend on your search.php set up. If so, you can just include author template tags within your loop.
If, on the other hand, you want to find users when searching, you need Relevanssi Premium.

With Relevanssi, you have 100% control over the search results. Restricting the search results to just authors is not tricky.
I don’t know how Relevanssi works with Enfold. It depends on how strictly Enfold follows good WordPress template standards. You can try it out with the free version to see if it works.
