FTP backup directory empty

    After I backup, the directory on my server is empty.

    1. Tested FTP settings. Perfect.

    2. Yes, I saved settings before backing up.

    3. Yes, I refreshed my server/folder.

    4. Backups show as complete under “Existing Backups” and I can see from the logs that permission to write went fine, no errors.

    Any idea how I can fix this?

    Hi,

    Could you send a copy of the latest backup log?
    This log will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as pastebin, and post the link here.
