Perhaps the comments are disabled in the specific post/page you were looking at?
Also, note that comments and the comment form are only displayed when you’re viewing a single post/page, not listings.

After I installed Olson theme my comment box gone, so now no one can leave a comment. I did went to settings discation and uncheck boxed that said hide comments but it still did not came back. Can anyone help me please. http://www.notyourlifestory.com
