Clarification on Syncing Functionality

    Hi there! Thanks so much for creating this plugin. I’ve installed it, and when I run sync, it gives me a yay message. However, no comments were added.

    I may just not be understanding what should count as a comment that should be synced from Facebook, so I’d appreciate clarification.

    For, “Sync all previous comments to your database,” what qualifies as a previous comment? If I’ve posted a link to a post using my personal Facebook account and people have commented on that link, should the comment sync? What if, instead of using my personal account, I post the link using my Facebook app for the blog?

    I’m not seeing any past comments or new comments sync from Facebook, though if I make the comments directly on the blog itself, it works.

    Hi,

    Thank you for using my plugin and I am sorry for the late reply; I was very busy last week.

    Sync comments option imports the facebook comments to your database if you were using any other facebook comments plugin before. Unfortunately Facebook gives the public feed option to a few websites currently, therefore there is no option to import facebook comments to the links shared on the facebook.
