    I downloaded and installed CloudWok plugin. It is activated. I chose the version with the first name, last name, email and comments.

    I registered with CloudWok.com and tied my dropbox and folder to cloudwok.

    I entered the shortcode with my CloudWok user ID. I updated the page.

    The plugin appears on the page. When I click on the +Add Files button a browse window opens. I choose a file (tried several different ones). I fill in the name and email. I click on “send and upload”.

    Nothing seems to happen.

    Hi, I have just tested the upload and it seems to have worked. Did you enter a message in the message textarea (this is required by default and should trigger a validation message if left empty). If you do not need the message textarea, you can disable it with:

    hide_form_message_text=”True”

    Please let me know if it still does not work for you and, in that case, please post your browser version so I can try to replicate the error. Thanks!

    I removed the comment section and was able to send a JPG file okay. It would not send a video file. What is the file size limit? Can I upgrade to handle larger files?

    Hi, there is a file size limit of 5MB for the free plan. Please take a look at the pricing table: https://www.cloudwok.com/pricing

    You can upgrade to plans that offer 10 Gigabytes max file sizes (and more, with the enterprise plans). Please let me know if you have further questions.

    I just upgraded to your Silver package. Thank you all is working well now.

    I have another question. Is it possible to have a programmer change the script to add a terms of use button with required check box? Is it something Cloudwok can do or am I allowed to have someone else do for me?

    Great! We are currently working on some additions and customization possibilities for the plugin, including the ability to specify your own ToS checkbox, however, it will likely take 2-3 more weeks until we are ready to release the update. We will also release a “widget/plugin configurator” that will make it easier to make these customizations.
