Problem white page after send a form

    Hello I wanted to submit a problem that has appeared in the last three updates.
    Once you filled in the form you see the page that says it was sent successfully.
    Actually does not display any pages but only a blank page and white.
    The form works correctly, the email is delivered to me properly, but once you have received the email page white blocks the site.
    Until version 10.14 everything worked very well, the updates then I had the problem.

    Can you please explain where the blank page is shown? On the given page I cannot see any error. Is it the email that is shown blank in your mail client?

    Hi bgermann thank you for our reply.
    When we fill out the form with the correct data from this latest update works and the script module brings up the word Thank you for your comment! top to the form.
    The problem that has always given me the latest updates is when the form is filled incorrectly and sent.

    A blank page appears in full screen

    I thought incompatible with the theme, but the old versions of your cforms were fully compatible with this and other issues.
    I uninstalled cforms several times and deleted the various conf.
    this latest version if you fill out and send it seems to work well, although the previous compiled well always gave the same problem after sending.

    The blank page becomes a huge header of the home page, making the site not navigable.

    You can not do a test by filling out the form leaving it empty and press the submit button.

    Thi IS most probably dependent on your theme as this one-page theme does not check if a page that is referred to via the #anchor is actually available.

    However you can get rid of the error by disabling “Jump to Error” in form settings.
