Poor logo image on User-generated links | WordPress.org

I uploaded a large image to serve as logo and title for my website. I like the way it looks. However, when users share a link to my site (ie. on Facebook or Twitter) only 3 letters of my website name show, which is confusing and unattractive. Is there a way to override this so a different image partners with the link, not my logo?

If you want to have more control over what thumbnails are shared from your site on social media, I suggest you use a plugin that offers that feature. I believe Yoast SEO does, and there are others as well.

Hi Kathryn! Once again you brought happiness. With Yoast SEO plug-in I was able to modify my link text and images for each page. Thank you! (However I did read detailed instructions on JetPack’s logo image and how the size can be modified. That may have worked too, but your way was easy.)
