Incompatible with WP Job Manager?

Hi there! I LOVE this theme and want to use it in combination with WP Job Manager (plugin). I currently use a shortcode on the home page, so as you can see, the job listings pull up right away.

Unfortunately, when I use the Optimizer theme and select this same page as my static home page, the job listings don’t pull up. I see the top gray portion where you enter the keyword, location, etc. but the plugin isn’t actually functional. I’m so sad, as this plugin works well with my current theme, but not with Optimizer. Does anyone have ideas about what could be causing this issue?
