URLs with # not working

I have used EPS redirects for a while in several sites and find it great and easy.. but I came into a problem when trying to redirect some links containing hash sign (site was in wix).
For some reason the redirect does not work..
as an example, when I try to redirect:
http://www.aqualongarchitecture.com/#/santacatarina01/
to
http://www.aqualongarchitecture.com/custom-designed-home/santa-catarina-01/
Maybe you have seen this before from wix sites.. any ideas?
