• The website has been running fine for over a year with the plugin installed.

    In dashboard there is an alert which says the plugin needs to be updated with a login, username and password required.

    The site and plugin were setup by a sub contractor who is unavailable.

    When I go to the s2Member site to workout my options. The only way I can get support is by entering in the Username which I do not have access to.

    Very frustrating.
    Does anyone know any way I can get support without a username, or how to get in contact with the developers.

  • As with almost all paid WordPress plugins, licenses are tied to those who purchased them. Otherwise licenses could be used by anyone, who’d then demand support.

    So you can either ask here and see if anyone can help, or acquire your own license.
