    I have been trying to get a demo of your premium product. Your support manager has stopped responding by email and Skype.

    Here are the issues with the demo at http://demo.smackcoders.com/demowpthree/events/
    1) Getting a blank screen after uploading the CSV
    2) Only Settings and Help are displayed in the Events Manager admin panels
    3) No locations or displayed at the URLs assigned in Events Manager > Settings > Pages > Permalink Slugs

    Here are my steps to reproduce issue number one:
    1) Select Imports > Custom Posts
    2) Select Browse, select upload locations CSV, and Import
    3) Select the “location” post type
    4) Ensure fields are mapped. Note that there are fields in the admin panels that are not present in the CSV sample file I was sent. I populated only the fields in the CSV and left the remaining fields with the default text.
    5) Select Next

    It sounds like your premium product is not ready for sale. If it is, please let me know how to access a working demo.

    We provide the private demo to @dianat . In our current demo the problem happen due to the low value of max_input_vars in our demo. Now we solve that problem.

    Sadly, Smackcoders was *not* able to provide me with a demo with the appropriate date format. Plugin was requiring YYYY/MM/DD or some such format that is incompatible with Excel. They agreed to make the change and meet on Skype for a demo, then did not respond when I showed up for the meeting and have not responded since.

    I understand how challenging it can be to be an independent developer. I also do not like to waste my time.
