Hi, it does seem like it would be the lite version but no. It is not the lite version. This one is free and will stay free. The following eStore plugin has a huge amount of options, settings, add-ons and more. There is a huge difference between both. The URL you shared above provides in detail what the eStore plugin can do.
However most people only need a plugin like this one to sell their products, services and more with some configurations and more. The eStore plugin is more for a fully function e-cormmerce webstie but it can also be used to sell any product just like this one. Both plugins do a great job in selling products through a website.

Oh that’s good news. Can I offer “buy 2 get 1 free” or discounts after a set amount of products is added to the cart with this plugin? Preferably without the need for discount codes.
