generation hangs

    When I click “generate” the page reloads and builds the dashboard side menu until “Simply Static” appears, then it stops.

    temporary files appear to be generated … but not transferred to target directory or put into a zip archive, i.e. both delivery methods fail

    appears not to be a version 1.2.1 issue as same thing happens with 1.2.0 and 1.1.3 🙁

    is there a log file somewhere?

    Hi ptroxler,

    Do you know approximately how many pages you have on your site? I’m wondering if maybe Simply Static is timing out because it’s taking too long. (My primary goal at the moment is to fix this issue, by the way.)

    As for a log, you should be able to view it if you edit your wp-config.com and set this:
    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);

    …and then visit your web server’s log (e.g. /var/log/apache2/error.log)
