Is it possible to add a character count to this great comment system ?

Hi mainpleine, wpDiscuz already has that option with min/max values.

Yes I know, but we don’t see the countdown of max character. Is it possible to add something to the code ?

Or if a countown is too complicated maybe only a thing like this : if max character > 500, change text color to red. Because it’s not nice for the user if he got to count the letters by himself.

Ok, that’s good point.
We’ll add it in our to-do list. Probably it”ll work with textarea or text color changing to red or so…
