Which version of Events Manager and Events Manager Pro are you using?
Thanks for getting back to me. Here are my versions
Events Manager 5.6.2
Events Man Pro 2.3.9
My specific problem is that I can not see the names of people who booked events on the “bookings” page. This is pretty important to me, because my clients are students, so I have a lot of direct interaction. So I need to match bookings details to people who are sitting in the classrooms.
To be more specific: when I click on the bookings item, “Events Bookings Dashboard”, under the “Recent Events” bookings page, under the column heading “Names”, I see nothing.
This was working fine until I updated to the latest version of events manager.
Hope you can help with this.
Which booking mode are you using?
Is it possible custom edits were made to the original plugin files in the old version? These will have been lost when the plugin was upgraded.
Are you asking if I have “multiple booking mode” enabled? The answer is no. I have no custom edits, that would not be very smart. I had no problem viewing the names before I updated to the latest Events Manager.
Hi Caimin,
Any chance you can help me with this issue.
Is it possible for me to reinstall the old version of eventsmanager?
Sorry, this thread seems to have gone unseen for some reason…
I was wondering if you’re using No-User Booking Mode.
Previous versions of Events Manager are available here:

Taking a database backup before “rewinding” would be a good idea, just in case you run into a problem.
“No-User Booking Mode” is set to “No”
I would rather not revert to an older version, so it would be great if you could suggest a debug plan. I am pretty familiar with your code base, something needs to be tweaked.
How is the Names info being requested on the bookings page?
Only members can book. So, as far as I know, the name is magically read from the current user object.
Maybe I need to make it clear that this has been working for almost two years without any problems, … until I updated to the most recent release (5.6.2 ).
Hi,
since you are using EMpro can we continue in the pro forum instead? you can just provide a link to this thread for additional info.
My EMpro membership has expired.
Anyway, the problem that I am having is not related to EMpro, as far as I can tell.

I see, it might be due to the code updates or changes made in EM (free) which affects your EMpro since it’s an older version.
Is there any chance I can get some actionable suggestions for how to resolve this issue?
