Is WordPress suitable for my requirements?

My site requirements: an eCommerce website. The member of the site not only do shopping but also can participate product design. For example, a site sell T-shirt, and member could upload the graphic by his/her design, then the site will apply this design to T-shirt and sell it on the site, when this T-shirt sold successfully, then the member can get commission.

Is WordPress suitable for building this kind of website?
If yes, any plugin suggested?
If no, which CMS suggested?
