Ok, your site has a slideshow widget included.
I don´t know what transitions are included in it, but you can enable it using the document that I share before.
If that option is not what you are looking for you can check on WordPress plugin repository, and choose one, for example, this one that seems very popular (I didn´t try it yet)

The theme I’m using does not have the option to add slider.
