delete wf data checkbox does not work

    The original problem is that all traffic shows as IP false when viewing live traffic. To overcome this problem I did this (as suggested in other threads):

    Checked the delete wordfence data checkbox, saved the options, deactivated and then activated wf. But all data ie traffic history is till there. (tried several times). Even tried unistall, then reinstall it – traffic history still there.

    What should I do now? I need to see IP adresses in order to block hostile users.

    Hi,

    If the checkbox to remove Wordfence data is not working, you probably have permissions issues with your database. You could try manually removing the Wordfence tables and then doing a clean install.

    Hi Brian.
    I talked to my host and it turned out to be a permission issue on the database user. Now its working and I can clean the data via the plugin. Thanks for the help!
