ECP Plugin makes doubled brand page after installing program issue

Hi ECP,
I have a question. Because, take a look at below links

#1 – fine page
https://honestproducts.com/brand/natures-path/

#2 – doubled + comment on the page
https://honestproducts.com/brand/hurraw/

Both of them are brand pages and only different thing is,
#1 was setup before installing ECP plugin. #2 was setup after installing ECP plugin.

I saw below your support comment – content-ecp.php.
But, the problem is, if I add this file into the theme file, every product page does not load. Just failed to load it. Nothing show.

Do you have any idea?
