Can you define “doesn’t work properly”? I cannot really predict what you are trying to filter exactly.

I have two fields that are “Gender (male/female)” and occupation. For example, I would like to see just female members. However it shows all members. I can create an admin account for you if you want to see.

Ok, there is a bug for radio fields indeed, they filter everything instead of none. Waiting to know which field exactly are giving you issues.
I created “Dropdown” fields. Actually, this bug has been exist for a long time. 🙁
Dropdown fields actually work ok, you select an element and hit “Search Users” button.
Radio fields are the ones having problem.
