If no rates are available, you’ll get this error.
Check the methods you have enabled. And please don’t post in other user’s threads 🙂

Still i am getting same error
What shipping method are you using?
Since the rates come from an API you cannot really say “Rates are available”, because they might not be returned for the address/shipment. UPS has a ‘fallback’ setting you can add for requests which cannot be shipped via API.
is there any other solution for this.. Because i purchased UPS WooCommerce Shipping plugin.
Enable debug mode to see why rates are not returned. No doubt its a missing product dimension or something similar. You should use support.woothemes.com as we don’t support premium plugins on this forum.
