Display tags on separate page?`

I’m currently trying to display a list of all my tags on a separate page, kind of like a bullet point list showing all the tags ever used (much like LiveJournal does). So far, I couldn’t find anything in the forum that helped me – is there any chance I could modify the tag cloud function to work outside the sidebar?

By the way, I’m using this plugin.
