Hi ecn, how are you exporting your files? What are you using to export your log file?

The plugin produces a link once the export is requested. The link is called reports.csv and you click on it to download, from the dashboard, showing above what is the list of downloads in the log.
Thank you for the report. I just wanted to know if you were using the plugin function or a different exporting plugin. I have checked this feature and I can see an empty file as well.
Than plugin developers will investigate further this issue.

First the need to investigate if it is an issue or not? Then they will release an update if there is an issue.

The log export worked fine for me. How many log entries do you have?

I have 3 total (just getting started). Am attaching screen shots here. And this was tested after having disabled all other plugins. Same result

I’m having the same issue with a blank export file. I have 2907 entries and no matter if I check boxes or not, the CSV is always blank.
@matt Sartori can you check your server log files. See if the log files reveal any information about this issue on your site.

I have re-worked the export to CSV function in this plugin. It should work better than before. So try it after you upgrade the plugin.
