website is http://www.auburnyouth.org.au with Zerif Lite on Mobile (android)
the menu when pressed displays very quickly and does not stay visible long enough for the menu items to be pressed
I have recorded a short video showing the problem, what is a solution please?

Hi,

Could you please try to disable your plugins to see if there is a conflict that is causing this?
If this is not helping, you can try to install https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css/ and in Appearance -> Custom CSS:
add the code from here: http://docs.themeisle.com/article/146-how-to-fix-menu-bar-disappears-on-mobile

I’ve discovered that it is the Download Manager Free plugin that is causing this, thanks for your advice about checking plugins.
