Add bullets to existing slideshow

There is a full screen slide slow on the home page that works well.

-I would like to add some bullets to the bottom of the slideshow that will trigger next or previous slide.

-I would like the bullets to be positioned on the slide versus on a separate div below the slideshow.

I have tried adding a slideshow plugin but have not been able to find a full screen one that has taken up all the dimensions of the page like the existing one.

Does anyone know how to accomplish this? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
