Custom menu/custom tab problem

    Hi, I’m still very new to wordpress.org and I downloaded a free theme called Adelle by BluChic.

    My problem is when I hover over my submenus, it’s only displayed half through.
    For example I have a parent and static page named Foods, under Foods is my submenus named Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. When I hover over it, their name gets cut to
    -BREA
    FAST
    -LUNC
    -DINN
    R

    The custom tab size is not wide as how it should be, but really tight and lengthened. I’m not good at explaining, I hope anyone out there can help me. I’m stuck.
