WordPress.org still mapped with wordpress.com

    Hello, I’ve recently installed my website (kitpang.com) to wordpress.org at bluehost.

    1)I’ve redirected the nameservers from godaddy to bluehost
    2)I’ve installed wordpress on bluehost for kitpang.com

    BUT
    3)when i sign in or go to the website, it still goes to the admin of wordpress.com where I first mapped the site.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    if you did this move in the last few days then you have to wait for DNS propagation and wordpress.com’s servers to purge their index records of your old site. search engines will take a little time after that to index your site at it’s new location.

    sadly these things aren’t instant 🙁 it could take a day or two to settle down.
