Plugin to make my non-responsive theme responsive?

    Hello guys,

    I am looking for a solution to make my website theme responsive with out putting any effort in coding.

    So far i’ve only foun WP Touch plugin, but it has terrible reviews.

    Does anyone know about any other plugin that could do that job?
