• After hours of debugging I discovered a conflict when using the Microsoft Edge browser between Gravity Forms and iThemes security. The issue happens when a user is filling out a multi-paged form. When the user fills out the first form page and then tries to click “next” to get to the second form page, the browser never loads the second page. Again, this issue only happens in the Edge browser. Any ideas?

  • I’m having the same issue and was hoping that updating both Better WP Security and Gravity would solve the issue, but it doesn’t seem to. Did you ever find a solution?

    Hello,

So this issue still persists for me. Neither iThemes nor Gravity Forms helped all that much toward fixing the issue. What I ultimately discovered was that it had to do with my SSL certificate. When SSL is disabled, the form works with no issues in Edge, but when it’s enabled it quits taking the user to the next page. I believe it has something to do with my SSL Cert. being TLS 1.0. A lot of servers are now installing TLS 1.2. I posted with my host and they are going to be upgrading to TLS 1.2 within the next month so we’ll see if that fixes the issue.

@pixeltopress So I discovered if I just took the Gravity form out of AJAX submission mode it works fine. It’s not a viable solution for every situation, but it was just fine for mine. Something to think about!
