RSS Feed Categories

Hello,

We run a basketball website and are looking to create RSS feeds based on categories. There are two taxonomies we use, state and category. For example, we want to create a feed such as Minnesota (state), and category (recruiting).

We have attempted to create the following feed based on information read online, but it was not effective: http://prephoops.com/state/minnesota/category/recruiting/feed

Is there a way to create a feed based on both the state and the category within that state?
