Dashboard Has Changed Since Last Night

I would like to know why my Dashboard has changed completely since last night. I logged in last night and was working on my web site, and the dashboard looked normal. I login today and the whole dashboard is completely different.
There is no Dashboard link, or separate links for pages, posts, menu, theme, etc. Now it is in some slide out menu simply called menu.
How do I get my old dashboard back? I have installed no new plugins on this particular account / installation in over 2 weeks, so I know it’s not a plugin issue.
I would attached a screenshot of the new dashboard but there is no way to do so.
The dashboard used to be blind accessible, and this one is not. I am not happy with this setup.
My web site looks fine. It is just the dashboard that is messed up.
